Getting started

Account Setup

  1. Create an account at Akiflow.com.
  2. Download the desktop app (available for macOS and Windows).

Connecting Integrations

  • Open the settings and navigate to the "Integrations" tab.
  • Authorize the platforms you use (e.g., Gmail, Slack, GitHub).
  • Configure the "Import" rules for each tool to determine which items appear in your Akiflow inbox.

Using the Command Bar

Press Alt+Space (Windows) or Option+Space (macOS) to open the command bar from anywhere and capture a task instantly.
